Views of Minato (Shinagawa Port)

If you ever find yourself wandering around Shinagawa in Tokyo with some spare time, consider checking out Shibaura. Personally, I enjoyed walking around in the afternoon, jumping on rusty fish-boats at the wharf , while trains of Yurikamome line were passing by, one after the other. If you can resist the scenery and don’t spend the sunset there, try crossing Rainbow bridge on foot (yes, it’s walkable!). Oh, and while you are at it, keep in mind that Rainbow bridge usually is plain white. Rainbow colors appear only on specific occasions, for example to raise awareness for diabetes on 14th Nov. 2010.

These boats are used for tours around Tokyo Bay and usually are floating bars or restaurants.
